This was a interesting read. Honey had experienced some crazy things in her life and was able to overcome them and still remain a good person with a good outlook on life. The craziest thing was her relationship with her brother and how she allowed him to manipulate her into the weird incestuous relationship they had out of fear that he would revealed that she had killed someone in her youth. Her brother was a mess. He was a serious mental case and abusive. I was glad when he died. I hated how he did Honey. Another confusing thing for me was Honey and Gerald's relationship. I didn't understand how with Honey lifestyle how she chose to date Gerald and hold him down during his stint in prison but I got over it because Gerald did turn out to be fairly decent until he started cheating on Honey. I was sad when Honey was diagnosis as having HIV but after a brief bout of depression she even turned that situation around and decided to live, educate and help as many others in her predicament as possible. I hated that it was not revealed if Gerald was one she caught the disease from. I know that is where she assumed she caught it but my first thought was her perverted brother. It was never really established though because right when she found out was when Gerald was murdered. Now the part that frustrated me was in the end when her dead and cremated brother somehow was not really dead and resurfaced to torment Honey some more. I absolutely hated that it ended like that and felt that was totally unrealistic and unnecessary especially since when he was killed the mother went to identify his body. I would have much rather seen Gerald not be murdered and the story continues with that storyline than to bring a person brought back from the dead.Product details

it was a good read, Did not like the way it ended, because the way it ended it appears a Part II may follow.
I hated this darn book and the story. It was pointless and not worth the words that it took to pull it together. The basics where not answered at the end. All we know is that Gerald was shot, are we to just assume that he is dead, or did he survive and is living his life with his white snow bunny? Many people get shot up and live. I hate stories where the most innocent of people are the biggest victims and they didn't make it out. i was sick of the Bee Bee, Kevin, Carl mess in this book, what the heck was the point of all that mess. It didn't even really blend into the story of Honey and Gerald. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS BOOK, THE TIME I WASTED READING THIS MESS I CAN NEVER GET BACK. EVEN IF THIS BOOK WAS FREE, LIKE IT WAS WHEN I GOT IT, IT WILL STILL COST YOU TO MUCH TO READ.
This is what a novel should be like,unpredictable and full of WHAT the f%c#. I know someone with HIV and they dont know who gave it to them and i have read somewhere that 66%of people who get it are not 100% sure who gave it to them.I guess Honey can go into the 66%bracket but through all that she endured she decided to help others.But the way that it ended i Know that there has to be a part two. BEE BEE lives Bi#$@.
Honey had a lot of different experiences and was able to suppress a lot of them. This book shows how trust can easily be misconstrued in loving another human being. It's also some things in this books that can be helpful to people who know nothing about or aware of why it's important to protect yourself and your partner whether your in a relationship or not.
Mr Moon this book is amazing.I was unsure at first at what I was reading.but then it got me.I was so into it that couldn't put it down.I still wonder who really hurt Honey like that..I think it
was her psycho brother..what happened to Gearld..but on the real HIV is a serious thing.please get educated about it and always ,,always wrap it up..Thanks. Mr.MOON for a great read
